Site policies

Terms and Conditions

What this site is, what it is not, the commission behind the order button, and the limits of everything printed here.

Quick answer

This is an editorial site about one supplement. It does not sell, ship, refund or fulfil anything — the seller does, and its order-support line is +1 (302) 200-3480. No price and no guarantee length was supplied to this desk, so neither is printed here. A link from here may earn a commission, which is why the editorial rules are published. Nothing here is medical advice or a warranty, and New York law governs.

01 The nature of this site

What this site is, and what it is not

An editorial desk that reads one bottle, one marketing pack and the federal record, and sells nothing.

These terms govern your use of this website. Using it means accepting them; if you do not accept them, the honest thing is to close the tab.

What this site is: an editorial website about one dietary supplement. It transcribes the photographed Sciatica Pro label, reports what the seller’s own supplied material claims, quotes federal consumer pages opened and read on the date printed at the foot of every page, and shows its arithmetic whenever it does any. Where the bottle and the marketing disagree, the bottle is reported as what the product is and the marketing as what the product is sold as, and the disagreement is printed rather than tidied away. On this product that happens twice: the distributor, and the spelling of the name itself.

What this site is not: the seller. It is not the manufacturer, not the distributor, not the payment processor and not the shipper. It holds no stock and has never handled a bottle except to photograph one. It is also not a clinic or a substitute for one, which is the subject of the medical disclaimer. The medical review byline at the foot of every page here is not filled yet, printed that way rather than left off, for the reasons given on the standards page. Everything here is written for the United States market, about a product sold there.

02 How this site is paid

The affiliate relationship, stated plainly

A link here may earn a commission. The findings on these pages are the findings either way, and they are listed so you can check.

Stated near the top, in its own section, because burying it would contradict the point of the site. A link from this site to the sales page may earn this site a commission. If you follow an order button here and buy there, this site may be paid for the referral, and the existence of that arrangement is disclosed because it changes how you should read every page.

It does not change what is written. The findings are the findings whether or not anybody buys anything: that this label prints 10 amounts for 10 ingredients and carries no proprietary blend, which is to its credit; that all four vitamin percentages on the panel are arithmetically correct; that vitamin B6 is held at 1.7 mg, which on a nerve product is the best decision on the label; that the three ingredients carrying named clinical trials were all studied in diabetic neuropathy, at larger amounts than this label prints, and that no trial cited anywhere on this site was carried out in sciatica; that two different companies appear on one product and nothing supplied explains the relationship; that no price, shipping figure or guarantee length was supplied, so this site prints none of the three and sends you to the checkout to read each one; and that not one of the reviews supplied with this product is published. A commission makes none of those softer, and none of them has been softened.

It is exactly why the editorial rules are published. A site with a financial interest in your click cannot ask to be trusted on its manners. It can only write the rules down, date them, and let you check the pages against them. There are six, on the editorial standards page. If a page here ever reads as though it were written to sell rather than to inform, that is a failure against a published rule, and this desk would like to hear about it at [email protected].

03 The commercial line

This site does not sell, ship, refund or fulfil anything

No checkout, no parcel, no refund, and no figure on these pages that this desk was not given.

This clause is usually left implied, so it is written out.

This site does not sell anything. There is no checkout here and no price you can pay on these pages. There is no price printed on these pages at all: none was supplied, the seller’s own material says “Print live checkout prices. Do not guess.”, and so every money figure on this site is shown at the checkout, where it is live and where it binds. This site does not ship anything — it does not pick, pack, dispatch, track or deliver, and no carrier, shipping cost, transit window or international policy was supplied to this desk, as the shipping page says rather than guessing. This site does not refund anything, and cannot. The satisfaction guarantee is the seller’s promise, made at the seller’s checkout; the pack supplied one line about it, “Guarantee: As printed on the live checkout”, and no length, start point or condition came with it. Only the seller can honour it. And this site does not fulfil, substitute, exchange or cancel an order. It cannot look one up, cannot change an address on one and cannot stop one.

Where to go instead

Tracking, changes, cancellations and refunds on an order you have placed: the order-support line on +1 (302) 200-3480 and the order-support email [email protected], with your order ID to hand. The bottle also prints a distributor of its own, in Akron, Ohio, with the telephone number (844) 469-3744 beside it, and nothing supplied explains how the two relate — the refund page prints both and says to write to both. What is known about the guarantee is set out on the guarantee page. The website desk at [email protected] handles this site — a factual error, a broken link, a privacy request, a press question — and cannot see an order.

04 The limits of the words

No warranty, no advice, links, property and use

Written carefully and still not a warranty. The bottle in your hand and the checkout on the day are the documents that bind.

No warranty on the information. The content is provided as it is: written carefully, dated, sourced to pages you can open, and corrected when it is wrong — and still with no warranty, express or implied, that it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose of yours. Labels are reformulated, prices change and federal pages are rewritten. The figure that binds you is the one at the checkout on the day you pay, and the product that binds you is the bottle in your hand rather than a photograph of one. If the panel on your bottle differs from the transcription on the supplement facts page, your bottle is the one that counts, and this desk would like to be told.

No medical advice. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or prescribes, and nothing here should decide whether you start, stop or change a medicine. The disclaimer governs over anything on this page that could be read otherwise, and it carries the symptoms that mean contact a provider right away rather than read a website.

Third-party links. Outbound links go to federal consumer pages and to the seller’s page. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the far side of it, and this desk does not control what another site publishes or removes.

Intellectual property. The writing, the derivations, the tables and the arrangement of this site are its own and protected by copyright. Quote a reasonable extract with a visible link back; do not republish a page or substantially reproduce the site. Sciatica PRO + and the seller’s marks belong to their owners and are used here to identify the product under discussion. Acceptable use: do not scrape this site into something that competes with it, probe or break it, impersonate this desk, or copy these pages onto a site that then recommends the product in this site’s voice.

NY the law these terms run under

Liability, governing law, changes and contact

A cap of nothing, because nothing is what this site has been paid by you. And no effect at all on your rights against the seller.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, this site and the people who write it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of it, including lost profit, lost data or loss arising from reliance on anything published here. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid this site, which is nothing. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, and nothing here affects your rights against the seller, either distributor, the payment processor or your card issuer.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the applicable federal laws of the United States, and the courts sitting in New York County, New York are the venue for any dispute about this website. That choice is this publisher’s own and says nothing about where the seller or either distributor is established. The site is published for and directed at the United States; if you read it elsewhere, local rules about supplements may differ.

Changes, severability and contact. These terms may be updated; the current version is whatever is on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the changed version. If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms, the privacy policy and the disclaimer are the whole of the agreement between you and this site about this site. About this website: [email protected], Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET. About an order: +1 (302) 200-3480. Who writes these pages is set out on the about page.

Questions

Sciatica Pro FAQ: terms and conditions questions

Does this site earn money if I buy Sciatica Pro?

Yes. A link from this site to the sales page may earn a commission. That is exactly why the editorial rules on this site are written down, dated and published rather than left to be assumed.

Is Mysciaticapro the official Sciatica Pro website?

Mysciaticapro describes itself as a USA stocking retailer. No register or authorisation number was supplied to sit behind that phrase. The order button here goes to the sales page at sciaticahealthtips.com, which is where the price, the pack and the guarantee wording are binding.

Where do I buy Sciatica Pro?

From the sales page at sciaticahealthtips.com, which the order button on this site links to. That page is where the price, the pack and the guarantee wording are set and binding. This site is a retailer page and cannot see an order.

What is the Sciatica Pro refund policy?

The length and the conditions are printed at the checkout, because the pack supplied only a pointer — “Guarantee: As printed on the live checkout”. The mechanics were supplied: call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID, return postage is the buyer’s cost, use a tracked service, and put your full name, email address and order ID in with the parcel.

Can I report a problem to this website?

You can tell this desk about a mistake on a page — [email protected], Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET — and it will be corrected and dated. This desk cannot see, change, cancel or refund an order. That is the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480.

Who is the medical reviewer for this site?

Nobody, yet, and the byline is printed empty on every page — the only marked blank on this site. A physician’s name came with the marketing pack, described as having reviewed pages, posts, the bottle and the ingredients. These pages did not exist when that pack was written, so that cannot be true of them, and her name is not published anywhere here.

What this page was checked against

Three sources, and a review slot

  • The photographed bottle — the Supplement Facts panel, the other-ingredients line, the warning panel and the disclaimer box.
  • The material the seller supplied with this product, reported as the seller’s and labelled as such wherever the two disagree.
  • Federal and published sources at MedlinePlus, NINDS, NIH ODS, FDA, FTC, the eCFR, PubMed and Cochrane, opened and read on .

Every figure on this page is either printed on the label or derived from what is printed, with the derivation shown beside it. The medical review sits in the block alongside.
